The Landen Meadows Social Committee orchestrates great events
for all members of the Landen Meadows community. We meet once a month in the evenings
to plan an upcoming event or to discuss plans for future events. We plan two “types”
of events. Those that are just for adults and those that are family-oriented.
For the adult parties, anyone 21 years of age and older are welcome to attend.
For the family events – we love to see ALL family members. Scroll

Some of the adult-only events are our annual Casino Night
in the spring and another adult party to mark the end of summer (such as a Luau
or Fiesta night). We’re open to all sorts of ideas for adult-themed parties
to keep them fresh each year. Starting in 2010 we are planning on three adult
parties throughout the year.
Some of the family-oriented events are the Easter Egg Hunt, the Schools Out
party – initiating summer, the July 4th party and the Fall Festival.
All these events are held in the common area around the
pool or in the summer (pool’s open timeframe) pool side. All of these events
are absolutely free to all Landen Meadows residents that have paid their HOA dues.
We provide everything except for any alcoholic beverages – but you are more
than welcome to bring your own. We provide such things as decorations, games,
prizes, food, drinks, desserts, etc. We set-up and run the events and also do
the clean-up afterwards. If you have an interest in joining the Social Committee,
